Restocking & Store Credit Policy

To keep our prices competitive and cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and refurbishing returned goods, we apply a restocking fee to returns for a refund.

• Refunds (15% Fee): A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective items returned for a refund to your original payment method. This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price and will be automatically deducted from your total refund.

• Store Credit ($0 Fee): We will completely waive the 15% restocking fee if you choose to receive your refund in the form of Store Credit for use on a future order.

• When it applies: This policy applies to all returns initiated within our [Number]-day return window.

• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

• Exceptions: All fees are waived if the item arrived defective, damaged, or if the incorrect product was shipped.
